We know that the best care and services come from truly understanding your needs, and that is why we focus on communication first. We find out what your unique needs are so we can find a way to meet them.

We are a member of TIS National (Translation and Interpreting service) and focus on bridging the gap between multicultural groups.

Inclusiveness for us involves understanding how you can contribute to your community, and supporting you to do this through assisting from your daily living arrangements, excellent communication, general participation in the community, leadership and work opportunities.

We love to hear new ideas and approaches, and don’t start with “What’s easiest”… we support you in looking for “What’s possible”. We love to see you thrive and fully participate in life.

Who are we?

 

We are a registered NDIS Provider with 15 years of experience in the disability industry. We are committed to providing valuable and fully accredited NDIS support experiences to participants between the ages of 17 – 65. 

Our objective is to create a service model under the NDIS where people with disabilities can easily access and enjoy the right and simplified support that is designed to fit their lifestyle.

We are a registered provider in relation to provision of the following classes of supports under participant’s Core Supports and Capacity building budgets in their NDIS plans.

Classes of Support:

0106 Assist-Life Stage, Transition

(Support Coordination L1&L2 and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching)

0120 Household Tasks

0125 Participate Community

0121 Interpret/Translate

We operate from Auburn, NSW and provide services to the Inner West, North West, South West, Outer West and Southern Sydney.

NDIS registration provides assurance to NDIS participants that the provider’s services and supports meet the level of quality and safety stated in the NDIS Practice Standards.

Director

Fatih is a successful leader, who has held management positions in disability and project management in large corporations for over 10 years. He founded Loyal Aid Australia after being motivated by the changes transpiring in the disability care sector.
Fatih has a deep knowledge of the disability care sector from his front line Disability Support Worker & Team Leader experiences at Aruma (formerly House with no Steps), Team leader and Disability Support Coordination experiences at Life Without Barriers, Case Management & Program Specialist (Specialising in DISA & CHSP) experiences at Life Designs NSW (formerly Macarthur Community Options), Program Coordination and Service Management for NDIS/SIL Services at ICLA (Independent Living Australia) and Disability Housing Specialist/Project Officer role experiences at Link Housing.
